Do I need a card to start?
No. The Free plan needs no card. When paid plans open, payments go through Stripe and your card details never touch our servers.
What's the difference between Free and Productivity?
Free gives you 2 active goals and 10 messages a day with Mila. Productivity, at £9.99 a month, gives you unlimited goals, 30 messages a day, progress history and priority email support. Both include AI-written steps on every goal and streak tracking.
What happens if I hit my daily message limit?
Mila lets you know and the limit resets the next day. Nothing breaks and you keep full access to your goals. Upgrading raises the limit.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from your settings, in about two clicks. You keep paid access until the end of the period you've paid for.
When do paid plans go live?
When the beta ends. During the beta everyone is on the Free plan and no payment is taken. We'll email you before anything changes.
